RedTie, a premier Web to Print (W2P) software solutions provider for online print sites, today announced the start of its user group to enhance thought collaboration amongst its users. A worldwide initiative, RedTie User Group's (RTUG) membership will include RedTie users, industry experts and associated partners to promote and share the benefits of being a RedTie user.

RTUG will initially be a web-based community featuring up-coming RedTie announcements and thought-provoking articles aswell as an interactive forum for questions and answers about features, how-to, and business strategy. The site, www.redtieusers.com, will serve as the venue for networking, and sharing best practices to help strengthen the printing industry.

Ryan Crist, President of RTUG explains,

'The development of the RedTie User Group brings forward an unprecedented networking and educational opportunity for those working in online print management'

'By being a part of a global initiative, RTUG members will be able to gain insight and knowledge from all over the world and add significant value to the solutions they present to their clients.'

Betty Maul, President of FrontEnd Graphics in Cherry Hill, NJ welcomes the User Group as a new tool, saying,

'We have used RedTie solutions for just over two years now and we are excited about the launching of the RTUG. It will allow peer-users to share information, solve workflow problems and expedite the development of workarounds for legacy interfaces and perhaps share new store-front templates for customers.'

According to Jamie Thomson, CEO of RedTie,

'I am really pleased that Ryan likes our solution enough to establish a RedTie User group. Peer-to-peer user support and idea-sharing is an excellent addition to our round the clock online support system. RedTie will be contributing with sneak peaks of upcoming features and we will also follow the discussion on new feature requests very closely. I think this is going to be a good thing for both our customers and RedTie. I will be recommending that all of our customers sign up, I already have my login.'

The RedTie User Group will also work on developing local, national and global meetings to further develop peer-to-peer collaboration. For more information on the RedTie Users Group in the Americas, please contact RedTie via email at solutions@red-tie.com
